I had short-nose lengthening, nostril reduction, 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage used.... I'm thinking of removing them, but what kind of shape does the nostril reduction return to? And my original nose had a bit of an upturned look. Is there any way to slightly correct that while removing everything? Cartilage repositioning? Can that be done with that?
