Hello. On 12/7, I had nose surgery at a hospital that specializes in autologous dermis. Actually, rather than raising my nasal bridge, I wanted to correct my bulbous nose because it was so severe.. During the consultation, the director also told me that the problem was not my nasal bridge, but that my nose looked too blunt and large.. They said that first they would perform an osteotomy because my nasal bones were wide, slightly raise the nasal bridge with autologous dermis, and correct the bulbous nose.. They said then the nostrils would also lift along with the nasal bridge, so it would be okay. They said that after surgery, at first glance my nose might feel a bit big, but it would no longer feel awkward or strange. And now I’m on day 47, but when I meet my friends, they only notice that my nasal bridge was raised and say it looks exactly the same as before surgery.. Now that a certain amount of time has passed, the swelling should have gone down, and only the autologous dermis absorption will continue, so what should I do.. My bulbous nose is exactly the same... Right now, the situation is that my nasal bridge is extremely high, but my nostrils and nasal tip are all wide and blunt, with a lot of flesh, so it looks awkward and extremely big.. When I look at my face, all I can see is my nose..
