The hospital is still fairly large and I thought it was well-known, so I went for a consultation first. The doctor who consulted with me explained the surgery method in detail and seemed to explain well how it would improve things. But what disappointed me was... After checking at the front desk and waiting in the waiting room, I was already waiting inside the consultation room when I got a call asking when I would arrive. I was already there. I wondered if the staff were not communicating with each other, and even though I had made a reservation, I ended up waiting for quite a long time. And above all, I was very disappointed in the manager in charge... I couldn't get accurate answers to any of my questions.
