I booked the consultation in advance and went a month later, and there were still a lot of people even late at night. The director seemed very confident and tried to answer as many questions as possible. I was told this was not something I needed to rush into right away, so I felt at ease. The consultation manager was also quite kind, and the place was clean and bright, which I liked.
