I had a consultation for using no implant. They said I needed nasal tip support, so we discussed using donated costal cartilage, and they explained several things. It came out as 200 + 200 + 200, so 6 million won. Basic rhinoplasty 2 million Nasal tip improvement 2 million Because the nasal bridge area is wide, 2 million for that as well They also said adding functional nose surgery would be 2 million, and that if insurance reimbursement applies, the cost would go down more, but 6 million won for a primary surgery feels excessive, so I’m thinking about it.
