During the consultation, they explained in detail while showing PPT materials on how rhinoplasty is performed. But the director’s tone was a bit scolding. I only said I’d prefer not to use silicone if possible because I wanted to do it safely.. Hmm.. It is a difficult nose too, and I don’t think I’ll have surgery here.
