It’s been over a year since I had my nose done, but a step-off appeared I went back to the clinic where I had it done, and they suggested putting in artificial dermis… I’ve heard that artificial dermis gets almost completely absorbed, so I’m really torn Should I lower the nasal tip…? It also seems like artificial dermis isn’t used much these days, and I’m hesitating about autologous dermis because of the scar. I want this last revision to be the end
