I had revision surgery at ㅇㅇ, but I want to lower my columella more I had it done by Director ㅇㅁ at ㅇㅇ, and they said they would do my nose one more time. Would it be better to do it again with the same director? Or would it be better to pay more and do it at ㅌㄹㄷ? But with ㅌㄹㄷ, aside from the cost, I heard rhinoplasty takes 6-9 hours there... I was a bit shocked.. What should I do?
