I’m on day 8 after revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I just had the splint removed and the columella stitches taken out, but my nose feels long and way too big Originally, it had a slightly upturned-nose feel, so I asked them to make my nostrils less visible, but is this right???? It feels kind of masculine, I guess. I was really looking forward to it, but I ended up with a bulbous nose, so I’m so depressed. It must still be swelling, right?? I heard nasal tip swelling lasts a long time, but do I have to live with this bulbous nose?

쿼카룽 That big-nose feeling is definitely swelling. I’m in week 3, and it really goes down starting from the nasal bridge. But they say the nasal tip can take up to 1 year.
