It’s been over a year since I had my nose done, but a step-off appearedㅠ I went back to the clinic where I had it done, and they suggested putting in artificial dermis… I’ve heard that artificial dermis gets almost completely absorbed, so I’m really tornㅠㅠ Should I lower the nasal tip…? It also seems like artificial dermis isn’t used much these days, and I’m hesitating about autologous dermis because of the scar. I want this last revision to be the endㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
