(I don’t remember exactly) I want to keep the height as it is now and have the surgery redone with autologous cartilage or a custom implant, but I’m worried whether it can be improved to look natural even after removing the existing implant.. I want the nasal tip to come down slightly while reshaping the overall contour into a slimmer look, but I wonder if it can go well without the help of silicone..
