I had revision surgery because I wanted to improve my unattractive nose that had overly large silicone in it. As a result, it is much better than before, but human greed makes me think, I should have raised it more.. I should not have asked for it to look natural lolol. They tend to do things naturally, so if you like a more glamorous look, it may be better to ask them to make it as glamorous as possible.
