The consultation manager was kind, and I liked that she had me talk with the director about the surgery-related parts. However, during the consultation, the manager did not leave and kept standing next to us watching until the conversation ended, so it felt very burdensome and I couldn't talk comfortably with the director.. The director also wasn't particularly kind or the type to explain in detail, so even though I prepared questions, the consultation ended in around 10 minutes. If you don't think of questions in advance, it would probably be over in 5 minutes. It ended even more briefly than hospitals with no consultation fee, so the 20,000 won consultation fee felt like a waste
