Hello. I had rhinoplasty 4 months ago at a newly opened plastic surgery clinic by a director who used to be at ㅌㅋㄹㅅ and ㄹㅈ.. I had a slight hump, so they shaved the bone, inserted silicone, and also corrected my bulbous nose. I’m very satisfied with the result. From the side, it’s not dramatically high, but from the front it came out nicely, looking straight and elevated. My nostrils look pretty too haha But after surgery, I’ve been having so many boogers that it’s hard I’m gently cleaning them out with cotton swabs, but there’s a little blood on them too.. Does everyone usually experience this? Also, there are many posts saying rhinoplasty usually doesn’t go well in one try and that complications will definitely happen, so I’m a bit scared
