I just had my nasal bridge silicone, septal support graft, and paranasal implants all removed early, 14 days after surgery.
Before taping, I saw the shape of my nose, and it has zero similarity to my old look.. lol 0 percent. There is a completely huge, big-sized bulbous nose. My nostrils are all visible, and my alar bases are spread wide..
It must be because of swelling, right?.. For those who had removal, was the nose shape before taping possibly your later nose shape too? Please answer
And the director said that if the alar cartilages were just left alone, the nose would spread too much, so he tied them... Then won’t it become a pinched nose? A pointy nose?? I removed everything because I hated that.... He tied everything without my consent and then just informed me.. Has anyone had cartilage tying after removing everything?
