For everyone here who had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, how satisfied are you? I'm getting a revision because my nasal tip is drooping, so I feel like costal cartilage would definitely be better, and compared with donated costal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage seems to have better durability!! I’ve booked a consultation at one clinic, but where else should I go..? It would be nice if it were somewhere that makes the rib-area scar a bit small too..
