I'm going for revision rhinoplasty consultations because I'm dissatisfied with the shape. Honestly, it's not a nose with any major issue, so should I ask questions similarly to the first surgery? Should I say I had the first surgery done a bit naturally? So the image change wasn't big and it looks plain, so this time I want a somewhat more glamorous revision. Would it be a bit difficult to make it glamorous with ear cartilage and septal cartilage? Would it be better to definitely use costal cartilage..? For consultations, I'm going to ㅌㅏㅂ ㅍㅇㅅ, ㅋ ㅔ ㅇ, and ㅁ ㅏ ㅇㅌ

미진잉잉 I think it depends on how high your nose is now, but if you want to raise it more, using costal cartilage would be better. I was also dissatisfied with the height, so when I had revision surgery at Finish, I used autologous costal cartilage and raised it.
