First of all, the consultation was good! They explained what kind of approach would make it look like a pinched nose and what side effects there could be, and recommended autologous costal cartilage! The direction is a bit different from what I had been thinking, so I'm still considering it. They said that if I do it with autologous costal cartilage, the range of nasal movement would inevitably be somewhat reduced. But they said that if I use ear cartilage, it could collapse, so for now I'm thinking it over..
