The director is the best. The surgery was meticulous, the line was shaped beautifully, and there isn’t much swelling or bruising. But I really, really, really don’t like the clinic environment. Even with a reservation, I waited 3 hours for consultation, and on the day of surgery I waited 2 hours too. I don’t know why they even take reservations. I plan to go prepared to wait three hours for the follow-up check as well. And what people say keeps changing from person to person. One person says to fast for 2 hours, another says 4 hours.. One person says to come by 4:30, another says by 5.. Since they keep changing what they say, I don’t know what to do and it’s annoying. Also, the manager is unreachable after surgery.. Is that it once you have surgery..? I can’t really trust their postoperative care… I’m satisfied with the result, but aside from that, this is a clinic where I dislike everything else.
