돼지굴 [@Qodoxk] I just lost about half through diet, and now I’ve become a gym rat…! I had a lot of yo-yo rebounds while losing 30 kg too. It’s the obvious thing to say, but I think you have to diet and exercise really hard and increase muscle mass to avoid yo-yoing.. Right, since it was my 3rd surgery, I was a bit worried that if I went to another clinic, they might make the line big again, so I went to the same place..
