While doing a lot of before-and-after research, I looked at every single review, from restoration clinics that were famous a long time ago to clinics that are hot these days. Everyone’s restoration seemed successful, but somehow the feeling of “I had restoration done...” was pretty strong, you know? Then I saw the review photos here, and it had exactly the natural, rounded-yet-slightly-pointed? line I was looking for, and the change in impression afterward was the best.
On the consultation day, after seeing additional review photos, I felt like there was no need to go anywhere else and that this was the place. My younger sibling also wanted restoration, so we went to the consultation together. The doctor said my sibling’s inner corners were also cut open, but they suited their own image, so either doing it or not doing it would be fine and it was their choice. But for me, the doctor clearly said my image would be much better if I did it. I could really feel that the doctor was conscientious and had an aesthetic sense lol. I guess in the doctor’s eyes, they can probably already see how it will look after it’s done.
On the day of surgery During the surgery, they check with a mirror several times and communicate a lot while operating! They even had me sit up and look in the mirror, and just as I had heard, the doctor was extremely meticulous. Since we communicated while doing it, I could also appeal(?) in my own way right away, like saying I wanted this side closed a little more, etc., so personally I didn’t feel anxious and it was really good..ㅠㅠ Once you leave the operating room, that’s it...
In conclusion, I had my stitches removed yesterday on day 8 after surgery, and so far I like everything so much, from the line to the change in impression.. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I think it was successful. First of all, my mom likes it so much ㅠㅠ lol;;; Before, my eyes looked hollow and scary when I wasn’t smiling, but now she says I look much younger and my image is better lol Even though, just looking at the change in the distance between my eyes, mine is only at the level of a subtle restoration, the change in impression is insane.. Friends who were like “Is it really necessary?” also say it looks much better now that I did it lolol
I was most worried about scarring, but I think it will heal well if I do as the doctor tells me lol They gave me sunscreen and told me to protect well from UV rays, and they also gave me forehead Botox so I wouldn’t open my eyes too forcefully. I was thankful.
For people who desperately need restoration, I’ll leave another review soon once the bruising goes down!!!
