About 6 years ago, I had slight osteotomies on both sides of my nasal bridge and had silicone inserted. (The nasal tip is hard too, but I don't think it's cartilage; I wonder if it's the septum.) The silicone shifted to the left, so after a lot of consideration, I had it removed. Everyone said it wasn't noticeable, but in photos, the silicone wasn't centered and the nasal bridge looked tilted to the left, which stressed me out so much I went around to about three places in downtown Daegu for consultations, and in the end I had it removed at the hospital where I originally had it done for 100,000 won~~ I'm completely satisfied with the result!! I had sedation anesthesia, and when I woke up the surgery was already over. I had surgery around 10 a.m., kept tape on for about a day, took the tape off the next morning, and even went on a trip There was swelling, but looking swollen in photos was better than having my nasal bridge come out crooked The height of my nasal bridge didn't go down much. Maybe because the silicone that had shifted sideways was removed, the width of my nasal bridge seems shorter. Silicone removal is really a simple surgery. If anyone is considering it, I'd like to recommend it!
