If revision rhinoplasty uses autologous rib cartilage, is it true that you have to look at it over a longer period? The reviews at week 2 or 3 versus month 1 or 2 seem completely different from the start... I guess I still have a long time to wait lol. For correcting a crooked nose, the reviews for autologous rib cartilage seemed better, so I got it done at RU... They say the healing speed and swelling reduction with autologous rib cartilage depend on the person and the clinic, but the average time it takes feels like the minimum I should wait?? So.. I think I'm exactly average A lot of people recommend warm/cold compresses< this, but how did you do them?? Can I put something like a thin handkerchief on top? Would that be too much pressure? I'm trying to take recovery slowly
