It's been about 8 years since I had nose surgery, and my current nose shape has the nasal tip drooping. Since I wear a mask often, should I say one side of the nostril wing area is slightly sunken in? Would removal be the right choice, or would revision surgery be better? I've been searching hard lately, but please recommend hospitals other than the three major ones too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
