I have some silicone showing through... it bothers me, this While I’m at it, could I remove the silicone and do it without implants? I did book the consultation as revision rhinoplasty, but... I’m curious if it’s possible without implants too... I saw quite a few reviews of revision surgery without implants at Avec. Could someone like me also do it?? Dareum also seems famous for non-implant rhinoplasty, so if I go for a consultation there too and ask whether revision rhinoplasty without implants is possible, will they tell me?
