Revision rhinoplasty nostril asymmetry

It’s been exactly 73 days now since my revision rhinoplasty During my first surgery, there was some asymmetry in the nasal bridge, but my nostrils weren’t very asymmetrical I had the revision because of calcification, and during it I also had surgery to lower the nostrils and columella. But from the day I came out after surgery, the overall asymmetry was visible, and even the splint was lifted only on one side. The hospital keeps saying it’s because the swelling is going down differently and that we should monitor the progress, but the more the swelling goes down, the worse the asymmetry looks. Has anyone had this become symmetrical after the swelling went down? I went for a consultation today, and they said it’s only been a little over 2 months, so let’s check again in 3 months, but according to the director, it turned out beautifully and well. Ah, it’s a day that’s making me think a lot. Do I absolutely have to wait 6 months to get a nose revision AS/touch-up?
