I want to treat my deviated septum and only correct my hump nose. I want to correct just the hump and the crookedness without an implant. Would there be any side effects?? I read posts saying nose surgeries often need revisions, so I don’t need my nose to be higher; I just want to fix exactly the crookedness and the hump.
