I had been worried about severe dark circles since I was young, and since Director Lee Ho-jun is famous, I went there. The consultation went manager -> director -> manager, and the price is on the expensive side compared with other cheaper places. Still, there were many good reviews, the director’s skills are good, and during the consultation he confidently told me which parts would improve and which parts might not improve, so I was able to trust him more and get the surgery. The director’s skills are very good and I’m satisfied with the surgery to some extent, but one downside is that the clinic waiting time is a bit long.. Maybe because the directors are good at surgery, there are really many people too. Since there are many people, they call names loudly, which is a bit embarrassing. I thought if there were at least a waiting list with names covered, I’d know how long I had to wait, so waiting would be easier and less embarrassing. The manager who was there during the consultation, and the manager who booked my surgery and checked my progress when I talked about my worries, were also kind. When I came out after surgery and waited briefly, the person who took me to the waiting room was also kind (kept taking care of me beside me), and the person who did the swelling laser and the director were also kind. Among the managers, there were people I felt were kind, but there were also some I felt were mechanical or impolite. Still, those people were extremely few, most were kind, and above all, I liked that the director was skilled and kind.
