I had the kind of impression where I was often told I looked tired because of dark circles + undereye fat. During the consultation, I was advised to do only undereye fat repositioning, and I went ahead with it. They said the dark circles (pigmentation) would not disappear, so I proceeded after hearing that explanation. It was done under sedation, and I think the surgery took about 1 hour. Right after surgery, as explained, I had a stiff feeling around the conjunctival area under the eyes and eye discharge buildup. Three days after surgery, the tape attached under the eyes was removed, and the bruising and swelling gradually went down by around day 10. After that, there has been almost no swelling, and my tired-looking impression is gone, so I’m very, very satisfied.
