I had silicone + cartilage binding surgery at a hospital located in Seomyeon, Busan. I haven’t had any major side effects so far, but I’m so stressed because of minor side effects like feeling a foreign-body sensation or my skin becoming thin and showing through, so I’m thinking about removal surgery. When I went back to the hospital where I had my cosmetic surgery, without any proper explanation they just brushed it off and said, “If you’re stressed and want it removed, you can just remove it~.” I said, “I heard it won’t go back to my old nose shape,” and they vaguely explained, “It won’t return to your original nose, of course.” If even the cartilage is completely removed, it could become an upturned nose, but they didn’t mention anything like that and spoke so casually. Seeing that, I decided I shouldn’t have the removal done at this hospital and should go up to Seoul. Even if putting in only silicone can cause problems, thinking about after removal, it may actually have been better to just put in silicone. I’m now planning to go up to Seoul for removal consultations I hope it goes well
