Just like the title says. They said my columellar angle and septal cartilage are sturdy, so they want to leave them as they are and only slightly raise the nasal tip by placing one more piece of auricular cartilage on top of the existing auricular cartilage. When I asked another clinic whether that method was possible, they said it would be better to add MegaDerm to the nasal tip instead. Doesn't donated dermis get absorbed..? Has anyone tried or heard of these two methods!?
스파라찌 There are cases where they check the condition of the septal cartilage and reuse it if it can be reused.
