Has anyone had silicone removed and had revision surgery without an implant? How was it??.. I thought about just removing it too, but I feel like it would look too weird and awkward, so I want to do it again. If I do revision surgery, I think I’ll have to do it without an implant.. yeah My nose is already pointy like Pinocchio, so if I take it out, I feel like it’ll be too flat. Usually a lot of people do revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but are there many cases where they remove it and use rib cartilage?? If the chance of it failing again is high, I’m going to think about it again.. but I do really want to do it.. So I’ve roughly thought of Mind, Lee Kang-woo at Mind, and Lee Kyung-mook at Objet as hospitals What should I do
