As you can tell from the photos, if I didn’t wear a bra, my breasts had no firmness at all, and it was really stressful. Do you know that feeling when you put on pants and bend your head down just a little, and your breasts touch your thighs..? And my areolas were so large that, although they didn’t really cause any discomfort, my confidence as a woman had dropped so much... It may have been because of repeated dieting, but I had been like that since I was young, so I often felt ashamed and wondered why I was born this way. Since I wanted only a breast lift without implants, I went around looking at many clinics like that, and I felt the most comfortable at the clinic where I had my surgery!! Honestly, since plastic surgery itself was a first for me, I was a bit scared, and to be frank, I wondered if they would just see me like an ATM (and there actually were clinics that treated me that way), but at the clinic where I had surgery, I was really touched by how the director first worried about my health and even said they would do their best. The consultant also kept contacting me and answered everything I was curious about! And when I had the surgery, I was supposed to stay in the recovery room for about 2 hours, but after just 1 hour I felt fine, so I kept talking to the nurse (thank you for talking with me), and I was discharged right away. Until the next day, it felt kind of stiff, I guess? My breasts were generally throbbing, and from the day after the day after surgery (day 3), it barely hurt, and after a few days I was even able to drive! I think it was a surgery that hurt less than I had worried. I still haven’t had the stitches removed, so it looks a bit gross, but even without a bra, my nipples are finally facing forward now My areolas are smaller too, so they look like the shape I used to see in health textbooks. It’s so moving My breasts are still firm, but I do have sensation, and they said I can exercise starting one month after surgery, so I’m looking forward to seeing whether the firmness will ease a bit then. Since I injured my leg before and gained a lot of weight, I’m planning to lose about 20 kg, and I’m hoping my underbust will shrink along with it too♥ Please cheer me on
