I'm going to get revision rhinoplasty, but since it's peak season, will they be very busy? ㅅㅇㅋ ㅇㅊㅂ ㄱㄴ They make both the nasal bridge and nasal tip smooth and high. Right now I have indentation and nasal tip drooping, and it's a mess, so I want to go somewhere good. Can I succeed this time? I'm debating whether to remove the silicone during revision surgery and do it without an implant. If I do it without an implant, can the nasal tip not be raised much? Can a no-implant rhinoplasty still make the nasal tip look refined?
하루바이징 I think it would be right for everyone here to decide after looking at the height of the nasal bridge or glabella. If you just want to make it look naturally high and defined, then remove the silicone, and if you want to be more ambitious about the shape itself, I think putting silicone in is right. I also don't like my nose shape, and the silicone feels like a foreign body, so I haven't decided at all whether to remove it completely, switch to a customized one, or just replace it again I'm going to go to ㅁㅎ ㅅㄱ ㅇㅂㅈ and hear expert opinions.

박수처어어 I'm a case where I only want to slightly raise the nasal tip, so I looked into no-implant rhinoplasty, had consultations, and booked surgery. But when I look at no-implant reviews, there seem to be many hospitals that create a nice line all the way to the nasal bridge even without an implant?? Try looking into hospitals that are good at no-implant rhinoplasty. I decided to get surgery at ㅇㅂㅋ, but there are a few more places that are good at no-implant rhinoplasty, so if you look into them together and get consultations, wouldn't you be able to choose the hospital you want??
