Maybe because they didn’t properly do the osteotomy for my hump nose during the first surgery, as the swelling went down it gradually started showing on the nasal bridge, and once all the swelling went down, there’s still a bit of a hump left. I wanted a smooth nasal bridge, you know The hospital that did the surgery says this is really smooth enough and that they did a good job. They won’t acknowledge it.. I went and argued several times, but every time communication was impossible and I’m so exhausted. Friends around me also say this definitely wasn’t shaved down properly, and they ask how this could possibly be considered hump nose surgery.. I just don’t want to spend any more energy on it, so I’m looking for a revision clinic. I was going to go for a re-consultation at ㅎㅌ and ㅍㄴㅅ, but if I was going to use autologous costal cartilage in the end, I thought a place that has done a lot of autologous costal cartilage cases would be better, so I decided on ㅍㄴㅅ.
