For the material, I’m thinking of costal cartilage because I heard it’s good for a bulbous nose.. I included anesthesia method in the questions because among places that use autologous costal cartilage, some do it under sedation and some do it under general anesthesia. Please see if this looks okay. I’m going for consultations at DI, Mighty, and Miho. They’ll take a good look, right??
