Really...? People keep saying 'Pinocchio?' whenever they see it And when I look at it too, I sometimes think the same...

The tip seems too raised, doesn't it?

A nose that seems like, 'you had it done,' right? If the tip is slightly lowered, it'd look even more natural.

I don't know much about rhinoplasty, but your nostrils and bridge look too long and too high I think it would have been better if it were lowered a bit.

[@친츄] Almost 4 months post-op! But once the splint came off, I felt like it's too high. It feels like this isn't it, and they told me swelling would go down after 6 months, so they won't do anything.

Ah, if it goes down just a little it'd be so pretty.. Since it's called that Chugu-mi flower-shape nose, it's kind of funny... Still, the basic face line is so pretty that it suits you even if it's high.

Honestly... I feel like you'd say only the nose is noticeable. It's too high and pointy, but beauty sense differs by person, so someone might find it pretty.

You probably had plenty of graft material for the nose, so you may have overdone it… It looks glamorous in photos but the shape is pretty. But if there is no frontal issue, I wonder why the nose needs to be opened twice. Sometimes after a revision, the nasal-tip or nostril shape gets distorted or becomes asymmetric anyway. For the nose, it is usually best to avoid revision surgery. Since the height does go down only gradually, if there is truly cartilage extrusion or it’s not causing a real problem, I don’t recommend it... (But if stress is very high, and if it can be corrected with a closed (non-open) approach, some adjustment may be okay.) In any case, it’s hard to touch it before 6 months, so let's just wait and watch a little more. But it is a beautiful-looking nose and a bit flashy; it does seem to match the face.

I think lowering the nose would probably be better...
