Hi everyone, I had my nose implant removed. First, to introduce myself, I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago. My natural nose had a bit of a hump, but at the hospital where I had my first surgery, they placed silicone without shaving down the hump. I had consultations at three hospitals, and I chose that one partly because it was the only hospital that said the hump didn’t need to be shaved. Looking back now, there was a reason the other hospitals all said it needed to be shaved down, but I only interpreted things in a positive way, and I think that choice was my mistake.
