Review of Textured Round Implants Through the Inframammary Fold, Surgery in 2011

It's already been more than 6 years. I absolutely wanted to go very big, didn't want to interfere with breastfeeding, was scared of capsular contracture, and thought the armpit incision would hurt too much, so I decided on the surgery as in the title. At the time, I searched hospitals a lot and had it done by someone said to be good. That doctor was known for placing the incision well and operating without bleeding. For me too, a large implant was inserted well without bleeding, and although I may be on the less sensitive side to pain, it didn't hurt much for me. On the day of surgery, I had a pain-control device inserted, slept one night, and was discharged, but Korean pain-control devices seem to have no effect.... It did hurt, but it wasn't too painful. Honestly, the only frightening memory was the groaning sound of a woman next to me in the recovery room right after surgery, who I think probably had double-jaw surgery. By the next day, it didn't hurt at all, so I didn't take any of the prescribed Tylenol... For a while, swelling moved down from my breasts to my abdomen, so it looked a bit ridiculous (only to me), but since I don't seem to be the type who swells easily, I think it all disappeared within 3-4 days. My current size is 70G, and I'm satisfied with both size and shape. But even though they are textured implants, since about a year ago my left side has felt a bit stiff, so I searched it up and it seems like stage 0 or 1 capsular contracture. It feels the same when touched, but I'm very sensitive to sensations in my body, so when I move my arm I feel a very slight pulling sensation in the breast. (They say most ordinary people don't feel it, but I am really very sensitive!) So I got medication prescribed at the hospital where I had surgery and took it for about 6 months, and it got almost completely better. Only around my period, I occasionally feel stiffness that comes and goes. The scar under the breast is still clearly visible when seen from below, and since I originally didn't have much breast tissue but put in a large implant, rippling is very faintly visible and can be felt when touched. Still, that part can't be helped, so I'm satisfied.
