It’s now day 19 since I had facial contouring. I was searching around because of the swelling, and I found something posted in 2009, about 9 years ago from now, and it seemed like really useful information, so I’m uploading a screenshot of it again. I walk for basically two to three hours about 3-4 days a week, so it seems like most of the overall swelling has gone down, but both cheeks around the mouth area are a little kind of like a bulldog. So I got impatient, wondering if I needed procedures like lifting, and searched a lot, but after reading this post I felt a bit reassured. I hope it helps others too
