I had revision surgery for a short nose and contracted nose, and I'm very satisfied. They lengthened it well, and the line is pretty too. Until now, I had only used septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, but for this surgery, donated costal cartilage, nasal cartilage, nasal dorsum osteotomy, and extension surgery were done. There is definitely more pain when you have an osteotomy. Right now it seems like the swelling is going down, and I'm waiting for the day my stitches come out lol
