9 years ago, when I was young and naive, I got rhinoplasty at a local plastic surgery clinic without really knowing much about the surgical methodㄷㄷㄷ Thinking about it now, I wonder where I got that courageㅋㅋㅋ It was the kind of local clinic neighborhood ladies go toㅋㅋ Back then I didn’t even know exactly what had been done, but recently, while looking into removing my nasal implant because of cartilage showing through at the nasal tip and bending of the alar cartilage, I found out that I have L-shaped silicone and ear cartilage placed on the tip of my nose~ My nose was so low to begin with that even after rhinoplasty it didn’t look too obvious and looked naturalㅎㅎ But now I hate the foreign-body sensation tooㅜㅜ and the bent alar cartilage bothers my eyes so much, so I’m going to have it removedㅠ
