가을이 You didn't use septal cartilage during your first surgery? Then for revision surgery, you might be able to use septal cartilage, or you might have to use costal cartilage. For my first surgery, I used both ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so for revision surgery I'm thinking about costal cartilage. I heard Director Seo at ㅇㅂㅅ handles autologous costal cartilage well, so I am looking there.
