Personally, this is a surgery I am very satisfied with. It is also a surgery with significant pain and recovery time. hehe As a tip, you should set aside at least more than 1 week for recovery, and because of swelling, it may feel very large at first. But once the swelling goes down, you will probably think you should have gone bigger, so you can consider going a little larger. I recommend it. There is no reason to live with a complex. Just don't do it only because it is cheap. It is a major surgery. Look into it carefully and have it done at a specialized clinic.
