ㄷㅌ Breast Consultation Review

Stats: 164 cm, 58 kg, 75A Desired size: full C-D. I went for consultations at 3 places assuming Mentor Xtra. Until a year ago, because my weight was hovering in the low 40s, I thought I just did not gain fat in my breasts because I was skinny... Even when I wore a padded bra, the upper cup of the bra was empty, so clothes would roll inward and it showed that my breasts were small.. When I wore a tight T-shirt, my confidence really dropped. Even after gaining more than 10 kg, my breasts did not gain much, so my self-esteem plummeted...... Other areas all gained fat, but my breasts were similar, so only my build got bigger and my breasts were small, which made my body line look unfeminine. I ended up hunching over and covering myself more than when I was skinny. I had only been thinking about it for 5 years, but I did not want to be stressed about small breasts anymore, so in early December I went to 3 places for consultations. Since I thought safety was the top priority when choosing a hospital, I thought the most important things were whether CCTV viewing is possible, whether aftercare is thorough, whether it is a breast-specialized hospital, how much breast surgery experience they have, how many surgeries they do per day, and whether an anesthesiology specialist is on-site. I consulted based on these criteria, and I think ㄷㅌ was the place that matched them. The consultant who counseled me was also extremely kind. She explained everything step by step from 1 to 10, and I was so grateful.. I had one consultation in early December, and in January I went for another consultation to book the surgery. Even though I asked a lot of questions because I was curious, she explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. The director carefully checked my body measurements, recommended a size that would go well with my body, checked my tissue quality after looking at the ultrasound, and recommended implants similar to my own tissue. For my body type, full C was recommended, and because I have dense breasts, I was recommended Motiva and Sebbin because soft Mentor Xtra could have a severe foreign-body sensation issue. He asked why I wanted Mentor Xtra, and when I said because of the feel, he firmly discouraged me, saying it would be strange if my skin is firm but the implant placed inside is soft. After hearing that and touching my own tissue and the implants alternately, Motiva also felt the most similar. Since it is an implant going into my body and I have to think about using it for more than 10 years, I thought money is not the main issue and I should use a safe implant, so I decided on Motiva! (Considering FDA approval, rippling, capsular contracture, etc...!) When fitting, I tried full C and full D. D was.. a bit too big, so I thought it made me look bulky, but when I thought about it, I wanted to go somewhat bigger haha... They said full C did not need hybrid, but the problem is that I am greedy... They said we would do full D, but the cleavage could look unnatural, so they suggested taking a little fat from the thighs and grafting it to the cleavage area. (What I wanted was this UIU shape, so I emphasized it a bit.) It is a little scary, but in the end I booked surgery with Motiva Full 425 cc on both sides, accessory breast removal, and hybrid like this. I booked a month ago.... My surgery is tomorrow! I will do well and come back, then leave another review.
