Problems keep coming up, from nasal tip drooping to cartilage show-through and even an open rhinoplasty scar. I wanted to avoid revision surgery at all costs, but I think it may be unavoidable. Please be really, really careful with nose surgery. I had my first surgery fearlessly, but after experiencing complications, revision surgery is honestly even scarier. If I could go back, I wouldn’t do it.
