I had it done at a clinic in Apgujeong 2 years ago, and I was satisfied with the effect both right afterward and now, with no particular side effects. They recommended fat repositioning (removal + grafting), but I felt uncomfortable about having harvest marks left on my thigh, so I only had the fat removed. It probably would have looked pretty if I had also had fat grafting, but I’m satisfied because I feel like I got the effect I wanted with the minimum procedure. It was done under sedation anesthesia, and there was no pain at all before or after. I couldn’t really go outside for about 3 days, and it took about 7 days until I could wear makeup. One side was completely fine right after, with no bruising or bloodiness, but the other side had some bruising and blood-tinged fluid coming up, so that was the time I spent waiting for it to go away.
