I used to think I had a lot of fat in my eyelids, but that wasn’t the case. My eyes had been stretched by eyelid tape, and my eyelids were actually thin-skinned, so I had incisional double eyelid surgery! At first I made the line very large, so one became an out-in-out line and the other an in-out line, but after a year or two both became in-lines now... Maybe because it was buried sutures? Still, since it looks natural, I’m satisfied!!
