I had a severe hump nose. It was also a crooked nose lol They corrected the hump and used septal cartilage all the way to the nasal tip, and it turned out very satisfyingly. About 2 years after surgery, I happened to hit my nose hard, so the silicone placed over the nasal bridge became inflamed and I had a hard time, but aside from that, I haven't really had any side effects and I'm living satisfied.. lol I think people who really have a hump nose would probably have high satisfaction with rhinoplasty.. lol
