Breathing problems after revision rhinoplasty

Nine years after my first surgery with a silicone nasal bridge implant, I developed inflammation, so at ㄷㄹ near Apgujeong Station CGV, I had surgery with Director ㅈㅇㅇ (it seems they may now have moved to ㅊㅂㅉ): silicone removal, septal cartilage nasal tip surgery, nasal tip cartilage tying, donated costal cartilage strut, osteotomy, and alar reduction. After that, I couldn't breathe properly through my nose. One year later, back then (2016), I had reconstructive surgery with Dr. ㅈㅎㄹ at ㅂㄹㅁ general hospital, which was highly praised here at the time, but it had no effect at all and only left scars. There may be various causes, but I think the biggest reasons may be that the nasal tip cartilages were tied too aggressively and were not completely released even during the final surgery, and that the nostril size became smaller due to incisional alar reduction. It also seems like the osteotomy done again in the final surgery to widen the nasal bones outward was ineffective. Because of these combined reasons, I currently have trouble breathing freely through my nose. If anyone is about to have their first surgery, I hope you reconsider the surgery once more, or avoid touching the bone or cartilage as much as possible. Once altered, the things that cannot be undone are cartilage manipulation, the septum, and alar reduction. Because the surgery went wrong, I lived like a shut-in for a while, but now my mental state has recovered enough that I can be grateful to be able to breathe healthily through my mouth. Because of me, my mother also went through a lot emotionally, and my friends around me worried a lot too... More than anything, I think my religious life was a big help in overcoming it mentally. If anyone is struggling because of surgical side effects, I hope you don't suffer alone and instead open up to people around you about your frustrating situation and feelings. I know all too well how heavy it is to bear that alone. It has been more than two years since my last surgery, but I am scared to go back onto the operating table for another reconstruction and I am not confident yet, so I am waiting for the right time. For reference, there is no problem with the current shape of my nose, and for the final surgery, I am even prepared to boldly give up the shape in order to restore my breathing.
